Role Purpose:
The Estate Manager delivers 5-star
concierge-level service, focusing on meticulous property upkeep, tenant
retention, and high-level communication. The position will oversee the daily
operations, maintenance, management of large private properties, supervising
staff, managing budgets and vendors, handling finances, and ensuring the
property runs efficiently, covering everything from groundskeeping to household
staff and complex business aspects.
Role Deliverables:
· Property Maintenance: Ensuring the property is in "tip-top" condition,
including, landscaping, and high-end amenities.
· Resident Relations: Acting as a concierge, providing swift, professional responses to
inquiries, and organizing social, community-building events.
· Operational Management: Hiring, training, and overseeing contractors, maintenance staff,
and security personnel.
· Financial Oversight: Preparing, managing budgets, handling expenses, and preparing
financial reports for the property.
· Risk Management: Implementing security and emergency protocols and submitting
insurance claims.
· Resident & Concierge
Services: Provide high-level,
polite, and efficient service to residents and guests. Manage resident
complaints or requests with discretion and diplomacy. Handle booking of amenity spaces and guest
suites.
· Any other roles assigned.
Key Skills/ Expertise:
· Education: Bachelor in Real Estate/ Facilities Management.
· Work Experience: 5+ years in property management, specifically with luxury
residential estates or high-end hospitality.
