Job Description

  1. Coordinate security activities in the Authority headquarters and site;
  2. Develop, implement and monitor security strategies, policies and standards in line with the Authority’s mission and vision;
  3. Map security needs of Authority as regards its premises, staff, facilities, information, assets and operations;
  4. Liaise with national security agencies to ensure security of Authority's assets and operations;
  5. Oversee Incident Response Plan and investigations into security breaches against the Authority;
  6. Manage, train and monitor outsourced security service providers to meet Authority’s security objectives and enhance performance;
  7. Maintain an up to date databank of security incidents and trends and reporting for management information and action; and
  8. Advise the Authority on security related matters affecting the Authority's operations.

For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: -

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: - Criminology, Political science, Security Management or any other relevant and equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution
  2. Served in Disciplined forces
  3. Proficiency Computer applications;
  4. Meet requirement of Chapter Six of Constitution
