Duties and responsibilities - Coordinating tracking and documentation of project progress against milestones in accordance with project schedules;
- Coordinating development of functional and system design specifications for KOTDA engagements with contractors and other stakeholders;
- Managing stakeholder’s contractual deliverables and coordinating reporting;
- Coordinating design and execution of planned project activities within Konza Technopolis;
- Coordinating with Chief Managers to identify project issues and ensure that they are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner;
- Coordinating proactive communication of project status, issues, and risks;
- Coordinating development of Project Management Tools and strategies including project, communication, quality, risk, and configuration plans for Konza Projects;
- Coordinating development of project tools and strategies for Konza Projects during the project; execution and communicate needed changes in a timely manner;
- Coordinating review and updating of project tools and strategies for Project Teams / Department during project execution and communicate needed changes in a timely manner;
- Liaising with Chief Managers in managing resources in accordance with Project standards and budgetary allocations.
